IA Level 1 participant: Felix Chau
Prior to my awareness of the IA program, I was treated medically and mentally about my issues with stress because I was not able to “rest” and “sleep”. The therapists failed to treat me because they were unable to crack the thick door I built to protected my mind. I used to rely on the pills to sleep but I decided to stop because this is not the best solution to my problem.
My wife was very anxious about my situation and seeking help and solution for me vigorously. She heard about IA program from her sister. She had successfully convinced me (which is not easy) to attend an IA briefing session conducted by Alice and Divoja on Aug 8. During the session, I started to feel a ream of hope as a result without second thought I registered the IA level 1 program. This is the first time the program is offered by 2 way video conference so the participants can join the program without physically go to India. The participants can get a high level understand of the program in 4 days (the complete program is 21 days).
I started with scratch and the program went very well for me. On day 3, I was able to clean up a lot of negative feelings accumulated in my whole life and I started to feel emotional peaceful and relaxed. As a result, I decided to continue the complete program to gain the full benefit of the program. My family is very supportive at my decision.
在未接觸過IA以前，我曾接受過醫學上和思想上的治療，希望藉以減壓和令心靈平靜，使我得到真正的「休息」和「熟睡」；但我率直的性格和理據化的思維，都難倒了治療師們。當他們給我治療時，像有一扇堅固的大門，不知怎地，豎立在我面前來擋住他們，使他們難以打開這扇門去替我治療（對他們深感抱歉）。我曾經靠藥物入睡，得到真正的「休息」。當然，這絕對不是一個好的解決方法，所以我堅決不靠藥物。
這種情況令我的太太感到不安，到處去尋找解決方法。直至今年8月，她從妹妹得知IA療程的好處，在她軟硬兼施下，我參加了8月8日睌的一個講座。從中，我聽了Divoja和Alice等導師耐心的講解和分享，使一向對思想治療「麻木」的我，感到有一線希望。困此，我在講座後毫不猶豫地參加了在8月16日至19日首次舉辦的越洋教授IA第一階段課程。這次是透過互聯網舉辦，使香港參加者不用費心去安排飛機票和行裝到印度去參加課程，而且可在四天中（整個完整課程是21天）體驗大師和IA的治療功效。
參加了這個課程，我由零開始，課程順利，我獲益良多。完成課程後的第三天（即是8月22日），我依照程序和導師們的指引去修行，初步的「圓滿處理」，開始清理隱藏在我內心深處，多年來的不愉快、驚恐和憂慮等的負能量，使我頓時覺得情緒稍為平靜，整個人也輕鬆了一點。因此，我決定繼續這修行，期望我能達到更高的「圓滿」境界，和盡快到印度接觸大師及完成整個21天的IA課程。對此，我的家人也非常支持。
